If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you a full refund. If your product is Broken, Defective, Does not match the description or never arrived, you will be eligible for a full refund, or an exchange, only if we are notified within the 14 calendar days of the orders delivery date.<\/p><p><strong>To be eligible, please make sure that:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The product was purchased in the last 14 days<\/li><li>You have a receipt or proof of purchase<\/li><li>Provide a photographic image(s) of the item that is Broken, Defective, or Does not match the description.<\/li><li>For items that never arrived at your location, tracking must show the item was never delivered.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES<br \/><\/strong>We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customers eligibility.<\/p><p><strong>CHANGED YOUR MIND<br \/><\/strong>If you don\u2019t absolutely love your item, we\u2019ll take it back!<\/p><p>If you had a change of heart and no longer want the item you purchased, no problem, we\u2019ll be happy to take it back. Our Buyer\u2019s Remorse Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p><p><strong>Refunds (if applicable)<br \/><\/strong>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p><p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.<\/p><p><strong>Late or missing refunds (if applicable)<br \/><\/strong>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p><p>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p><p>Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p><p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@randallmanufacturing.com<\/p><p><strong>Exchanges (if applicable)<br \/><\/strong>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This falls under our 14 day return policy. We must be notified no later than the given 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee will apply. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.<\/p><p>Depending where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p><p>If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
